We ship to all India and to several international countries using courier first class and priority, Fedex or other similar carriers,  for all of our shipping. All packages ship from our warehouse in Darjeeling, West Bengal.

Allow 3-8 business days for India orders and 2 - 3 weeks for international orders, from date of purchase, for your package to arrive.

For orders above ₹350,000 we provide free shipping in all Indians States.

Back Orders
If an item you ordered is on back order we will refund the back ordered items and ship out the rest of your order. If you would like to wait for back ordered items, your entire shipment may be delayed.

International Shipping
We ship to Canada, United Kingdom and several other international destinations. International shipping charges will be determined by the shipping services we use including USPS, DHL and Fedex charges. We do not offer free international shipping. Because we are unable to track international shipping beyond the Indian borders, we are definately responsible for lost or undelivered international packages and will issue refunds or replacements. We currently are able to process and ship orders to India.

Customs and Duty Charges for International Orders
Raj Kumar Enterprises will not be held responsible for additional customs and duty charges incurred for international orders, and cannot supplement or refund based any of these charges. Every country has their own duties and charges and import procedure. If you are unsure about our shipping policy to your country, please contact us
